Brand Registry Banned For Reporting Counterfeit?
Had a very successful brand registered, trademark active, and was reporting trademark issues (as believed the point) of sellers selling generic and counterfeit items on branded listings/items.
We were suddenly banned stating abusive conduct, and at the same time, our Canada/Mexico store went to AT RISK. That has since been resolved but every appeal, and application has been denied. I'm ready to get the amazonseller.attorney help at this point as its causing us so many issues not being able to control our branded listings.
Does anyone have experience with this?

If you're using brand registry to kick off resellers, that is why you got banned for abusive conduct. You can only kick them off after you order and verify that the item is Counterfeit with a test buy. If the item shows up and is not counterfeit, you can not kick off other sellers as the item is legitimate.
It's good that you got reinstated but they may not be letting you back into brand registry due to your abuse of Brand Registry tools from the past.
