They closed the claim, what other outcome did you want?

We've run into this situation before. The customer requested a cancellation before shipping, we cancelled the order as requested, and then the customer was actually eligible to file an A-Z claim when the order had already been cancelled. And Amazon doesn't give us any chance to appeal. Amazon never follows its own policies.
