How to report a fradulent buyer?

Hello,

I wanted to report a fraudulent buyer who is taking advantage of the Amazon return system. Can someone please pitch in if there is a way to do it and if it is really helpful?

A customer purchased a product from my inventory sometime in September 2024 and initiated a return request within a week. The customer returned the product and the unit was returned into the inventory as sellable. There is nothing wrong with this transaction. During the return of this product, the reason was given as "Found better prices elsewhere"

Fast forward, a couple of months later, the same customer purchased the EXACT same product for almost the same as previous price (a couple of dollars less). A week later, a return was initiated with the exact same reason as "found better prices elsewhere". This time, the unit was deemed as unsellable and customer damaged.

Because of this customer, I lost the product plus all the Amazon fees both the times and for some reason I strongly believe that this customer is somehow taking advantage of the return system. If they found better prices elsewhere, why to purchase it again and return it again?

If I'm not wrong, there is a system to report this kind of customers, can someone please guide me with that?

Best regards
