Fake reviews and also 2 star ghost review?

I'm new to Amazon but I do already have a 1 star review that is for sure from another seller on Amazon. And even if for some reason it's really not from them, it still doesn't make any sense for my product anyway because the things they claim is what their product does, not mine. I did report it but not sure how to get someone to help me.

Also, what do I do about a weird 2 star showing up but there is no review? It just show no review and there is an error? But it's still pulling down my star rating. I put in a complaint about the fake review (with video btw) by a competitor but haven't heard back, but not even sure how to report a weird ghost star rating. Anyone know?

Hello @Seller_GDRGdh4Fxx6wuand thanks for the post! Reporting the first review you mentioned as abusive was the right step. You can also reach out to the alias mentioned in this recent forums post focused on navigating review removal situations.

For the second, it is possible for customers to leave a star rating without any text, which would help explain the behavior, though I do apologize this customer did not identify what resulted in the two star rating! This Seller University video will walk through the best practices for reviews and ratings, in case it helps!

Thanks,

Danny
