Transparency CANADA NOT AVAILABLE!!! Is this for real??
I was informed by seller support, Transparency is NOT Available in Canada to Canadian sellers!! This is a joke.
Transparency is ONLY available on Amazon.ca to USA based sellers!!
In order to be eligible for Transparency in Canada you MUST have a US address??? So Canadian based companies are not eligible!!
I have been reaching out to Transparency for months and never got a response as many others seemingly have done.
After seeing other posts about Canada not being available in the drop down (as it wasn't for me either)...I initiated a seller support case in both brand registry and regular seller support. After a few weeks of constantly being told the matter has been sent to our internal team to investigate, I finally received an answer advising I need a US billing address.
Seriously?? Amazon is literally lying. They literally say every Transparency is available in Canada....yes, to USA sellers. NOT CANADIANS.
That doesn't even make any sense!! Why the hell would you only allow American sellers to register for Transparency???
Amazon does absolutely NOTHING to protect sellers. I have literally made test purchases of other sellers on my brand registered listings sending out swapped out branded items different from my listings, and Amazon did nothing. They do not care about sellers. And now after registering a trademark, getting brand registered, waiting a year for the full trademark registry...I find out Transparency isn't even available to Canadian based sellers....Amazon is a joke.

My name is Subash and I will be assisting you today regarding you were unable to sign up for Transparency Canada and there is not showing as an option in the country drop down menu for location of company.
In order to help you in this case, We have reached out to our internal team and got a update that we are not signing in Brands based in Canada at this time.
And we would like to inform you that you need a US billing address and be eligible for the program meaning registered TM in BR.
