Buyer initiated return after 60 days and Amazon accepted

Buyer bought two 100ml Jars of body butter within a day and returned one saying its too small, initiated the refund and I am fine with that. They ordered the same jar 60 days ago and they also started a refund for that as well, Amazon allowed the return and charged the refund on my account although it clearly says return within 30 days. When I approached seller support through chat they said Amazon accept return beyond 30 days then why make the policy just simply say unlimited time to return even if it's an empty jar and customer keep abusing your product. This is the order number: 702-2894329-7775420. if anyone from seller support would like to help.

I understand your position however as part of the FBA Customer Return policy "With FBA, Amazon provides fulfillment and customer service for your orders, including processing customer returns. We use Amazon's customer returns policies to determine if a purchased FBA item is eligible for return. To ensure a great customer experience, we may accept returns beyond the timeframe stated in these policies."

I understand this is not the outcome expected.
