UPS stealing and damaging my FBM Packages

Hello,

UPS has been damaging and stealing my packages that they were supposed to be delivering to my customers. I have had two packages that were supposed to be delivered to my customers dropped off on my porch by the UPS drivers and one of the boxes of the product was stolen and the other box was broken glass, and the driver drank one of my items and broke the waters then stuffed paper in the box and threw the box on my porch. The items weren't even in the original box either!! I am to the point where I am going to get a lawyer because this is ridiculous, and I haven't been going through anything but drama with selling on Amazon's platform and I shouldn't even be going through any of these things because I followed every single rule that they had written. If were supposed to be partners and everything, why are we as sellers experiencing all these issues with nothing but system generated responses in return?

UPS issues have nothing to do with Amazon. You need to contact UPS about that. Amazon will blame you and tell you to choose a better carrier.

UPS issues have nothing to do with Amazon. You need to contact UPS about that. Amazon will blame you and tell you to choose a better carrier.
