If she placed an order, it IS in her buyer account. Maybe send easy, step by step instructions, click here, then here, etc.
If she doesn't cancel, you can either cancel, or fill the order and then refund. If you have lots of sales, cancelling one of them is not a huge strike against your account.

If you have already confirmed the shipment, the buyer will not be able to request cancellation.

This is Roberto and I wanted to also contribute here. As @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE said, if the order has been confirmed, the buyer will not be able to cancel on their end.
Since the shipment has been confirmed already, if the product has not been shipped, you can let the buyer know the situation and submit a refund.
