8 Shipments Lost at Brampton Fulfillment Centre

Seriously, It’s been almost a year now and Amazon has still not reimbursed me for my lost shipments.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I have noticed that when I send shipments to the Brampton, ON Fulfillment Centres, they either are delivered and stay that way for a month, or they are partially received.

All my products are stickered and prepped accordingly. Just a week ago I sent a pallet to the Brampton Location. Guess what, they received only 1 case out of 6 and left the rest. HOW DO YOU WALK AWAY FROM A PALLET WHEN IT’S NOT DONE?

What happened to the pallet? How do you just lose a 500lb pallet? Seriously… NEVER sending to the BRAMPTON LOCATION AGAIN!

To make things worse, when I submitted my documents for reimbursement, I was only reimbursed 30% of the missing items. How does that work?

Clearly there’s a disconnect. And CLEARLY Amazon to get their act together, but at the end of the day there’s no support for us 3rd Party Sellers. I feels like for Amazon to take our money is easy as pie but to give back OUR OWN money when it’s THIER FAULT is near impossible.

I’m hoping someone out there could really shed some light and get this resolved…

Amazon has lost a portion of an LTL shipment I sent before but I was reimbursed for all of the missing inventory. No, it wasn’t Brampton that lost my stuff.

What sort of products are you sending in?

Do you have approval to sell the products?

I recently had a 20~ piece shipment delivered to YYZ7 around 2 weeks ago. All of the cartons were delivered and received, except one. Just so happens to be the most valuable carton which had dozens of brand new video games. Surprise, surprise. I know I’ll get reimbursed but it’s annoying that I have to wait until late May to even begin the reimbursement process. There’s blatant theft happening at the FBA centers from time to time and I am clueless as to how it goes unnoticed.

Amazon frequently looses shipments, or parts of shipments. We’ve tried to open cases, but all we get are the standard ‘we did an investigation and everything was checked and okay’ emails. It’s always doubly funny (but not in a ha-ha way) when they do indeed loose the entire shipment. Seriously, they think we sent in a box full of rocks or something? Cost of doing business with the AZ.

Have you ever been to Brampton? If you have, you wouldn’t be surprised.

I have the same issue, they lost my shipment and now they are not even responding, is there a way to escalate and talk to their manager. it seems they don’t care.

over 3 months of investigation. Amazon thinks sellers will forget about their lost products so they can auction the pallets to liquidators. I am very close to closing my account for good.

We are also new and finding issues at this particular FC. Recently we shipped in boxes of 12pcs that were personally opened, labelled and repacked by me. The whole shipment was delivered to UPS in the trunk of my car and handed over by me. Two of the SKUs were short-received by one piece. On one of the SKUs a box of 12 was transferred to YVR and still not received there.

We ship small still so are able to verify what we personally see and pack. YYZ-4, it seems, may not be the best FC to ship to. All this has begun in the last month for us.

Does anybody have suggestions on how to address the missing FC transfer to YVR? It does not show in inventory reports as anything.

Just today we are experiencing a massive amount of delivered shipments that are closing with 0 items received. We even have entire skids that have 0 items received that are being closed.

This is a really big problem.
