Amazon Marketplace

I'm only selling on us amazon marketplace but I've also been charged for Mexico and Canada Marketplace.

When you have the NA Unified account the monthly fee is split between the three markets (U.S., Canada, Mexico). The total is roughly the same, but due to currency conversion will not be exact.

If you want the charge to be against only the dot come site, delete all listings on the other two -- not just close, but delete -- disable synchronization so no listings are added. and put those two on vacation.

I understand that have a unified North America selling account and have received a charge in the Canada and Mexico stores. Your monthly subscription fee is calculated as the lower of (1) the sum of the subscription fees for each country in which you have active listings or (2) the equivalent of $39.99 USD per month.

You can review this help page which details how the subscription fee is charged if you sell across multiple countries and regions.

Please feel free to update this thread (and include any case ID number(s) opened with Support) if you need additional assistance.
