Subscription Program Ending
I got an email today from Amazon saying that the Subscription program is ending. This is devastating, as most of our subscribers are on Amazon. Is anyone else in the same boat? Amazon should send out an email to all subscribers all let them know they can subscribe on our personal websites. It's not competing with Amazon if Amazon isn't offering it anymore.

Good Afternoon @Seller_yCE8HqjT5hySh and @Seller_4ehfWuZLyZlOM,
I am curious to learn more about what particular subscription program is ending that you both are discussing? I didn't see any cases filed with Selling Partner Support regarding confirming if the email you received was legit.
If you could provide us with a little bit more context on what the message you got said specifically and where you received the notice (through your Performance Notifications? In a Case ID? Emailed directly to you? etc..) that would be great.
Looking forward to hearing back from you both soon. Have a good weekend.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Evening @Seller_yCE8HqjT5hySh, @Seller_Z8LLNe1TXRGZ0, @Seller_4ehfWuZLyZlOM, @Seller_FhwWm0x1bIXVt, and @Seller_L0qlCwAcQNuJK,
I believe I have identified the team that supports the Subscription Box program and have reached out to them on your behalf to see if we can gather some more information regarding the email you or your customers have received. Thank you for the quick turn around on providing the examples of the message. They should get back to us within the next few business days. Looking forward to following up with everyone soon.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Evening @Seller_yCE8HqjT5hySh, @Seller_4ehfWuZLyZlOM, @Seller_Z8LLNe1TXRGZ0, @Seller_FhwWm0x1bIXVt, and @Seller_L0qlCwAcQNuJK,
The email was in fact sent out by The Subscription Box Team regarding the deprecation of the program. Sellers using the Subscription Box program were notified on October 10th, 2024 and their respective customers were notified on October 11th, 2024.
At Amazon we regularly evaluate our offerings and make improvements to better serve you and our customers. As a result, the team has made the decision to end the program. They will continue to support deliveries to existing subscribers as well as provide order support until December 31, 2024.
Starting October 11, 2024 customers will no longer be able to subscribe to NEW subscription box and club offerings. Customers will continue to receive their existing subscriptions through December 31, 2024 unless they cancel their subscription, skip it, OR if the sellers request to end their subscription listings before the deprecation date (December 31st, 2024).
We can also continue to answer additional questions on the Seller Forums or you can reach out to Selling Partner Support at any time. Thank you for understanding.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

@Toy_Box_Monthly and @Boost_Your_BBQ , did either of you continue to get sales into November? My box was unlisted and all subscriptions were canceled. I received no further sales after 10/11. I had a small percent of subscribers email me to ask about my D2C site but I lost nearly 90% of my subscribers. Still in shock about how this was handled. I would bet any money that this was so they could focus on that dumpster fire of a wannabe-TEMU that they started. So great to watch it fall flat...
