Listing Error

Hello everyone, one of my listings suddenly became inactive and the inventory was stranded due to a LISTING ERROR. I immediately created a case. I was told to delete the listing and create another one with the same ASIN and SKU, and the inventory would automatically attach to the new listing, solving the problem. After following the instructions, the case was closed because they said the new listing didn't exist. However, they advised me to create another case with proof of the listing creation.

After creating a second case with all the necessary proofs it was almost immediately closed with an answer that didn't solve the issue at all. Honestly, it made me believe that no one bothered to review the evidence provided. Now the inventory is not stranded but reserved, and the listing remains inactive, asking me to send in new inventory even though there is inventory attached to it.

Has anyone had the same or a similar experience, or can anyone help with this issue?

Hello @Seller_MvcQ6ZvlWVRF7

This is Christine from Amazon Forums.

I was checking on your Issue and I do see the ASIN B0CFYM8YT1 inactive due to out of stock reasons.

I also see we have 10 units in reserved and the recommended is 11 units.

This is the reason why the ASIN is still inactive

Products can appear as out of stock for many reasons:

  1. Amazon has received orders equal to your last declared inventory amount.
  2. You did not provide a quantity for your products when you created them.
  3. You added this product to Amazon within the past 24 hours.
  4. You failed to correct errors in a recent inventory file.

You can confirm this information by accessing your Seller Central account, in the main Menu select Inventory >Manage all Inventory> Search suppressed and inactive listing.

The recommended quantity for this item is 11 to be active.
