Does Amazon's own "Buy Shipping" rates reflect a discounted rate for UPS and FedEx? Is there some cases where Amazon's rates would be a greater discount then the seller's account? Our UPS next day air is pretty high, so if I took our account out for a day I could see if Amazon's Buy Shipping discount is better, correct?
My question is: If we link our UPS and FedEx and Amazon offers lower rates than our accounts, will we still be able to see and purchase Amazon's lower Buy Shipping rates? Or is it an either our rates, or Amazon rates, because there is no way to compare which is better

We have 3 UPS accounts. We linked our other 2 on 05/14/2025. We are not seeing any rates from the new accounts. We know that one of the accounts is much cheaper and it should be showing up if this new system is indeed getting rates from all 3. Is that how the new system works, where a service level (i.e. UPS Ground) will return the rate from the cheapest of the 3 accounts?

It would be nice if we could use our own account and rates for the return shipments as well. We are so grossly overcharged on return packages, it isn't funny.

Will we be able to link our negotiated USPS Postal Accounts in the near future?
