Natural Health Product (NHP) Listing removed
Hello,
Our product is a regular cosmetic and not an NHP product, yet we keep receiving the same responses.
After contacting Health Canada, I received an email stating that our product's ingredients are not classified as NHPs, and therefore we cannot obtain an NPN number.
I have attached the email response, a full ingredient list with concentrations, and safety testing documentation, but it continues to be disregarded. How can we resolve this issue?
