YOW3 Warehouse - FBA Shipment Not Checked in 18 Days After Delivery

Hello

I had a shipment delivered to the YOW3 (Canada) warehouse 18 days ago, and it still isn't even checked in. This delay is worse than the peak time Christmas backlog.

Is this normal for YOW3? I opened a case with Seller Support, but as always I am given a generic non-helpful reply. I don't want to go through the hassle of opening an investigation and wasting hours scanning and uploading invoices to be told no items received.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Worst experience with YOW3! It takes 2 weeks before a delivered package is checked in, and the 1st package I had to ship there was empty, according to Amazon!

My shipment changed the status from "delivered" to "closed" without ever being checked in, and now Amazon claims that of the 9 SKU and 39 items NOTHING has been received. 39 items missing.

This is not only ridiculous, it already smells a bit criminal considering all the negative experiences with YOW3 we can read about.

I can only recommend not to ship anything to YOW3. If this is where AMZ wants you to ship, try cancelling your shipment and start over again the next day. I don't know if this helps to change to a different ship-to warehouse, but it's worth a try.

I'm having the same issue. Checked in Feb 15 - still nothing. And new shipments created are trying to get me tos end more inventory there - not a chance.
