No point changing, since amazon's flat rate method usually does not work well with the variable cost of parcels.
Default rates for media are unchanged since amazon came to Canada over 20 years ago. Individual sellers have to build the extra cost into their product cost. Professional sellers have the option of making shipping cost/time adjustments. Or you can use FBA.
