Charges Amazon MX and Amazon CA
Can someone please help me?
I discovered a total charge of $123.87 attributed to transactions from Amazon CA and Amazon MX. However, I am perplexed by these charges as I have previously deactivated my presence on both the Amazon Mexico and Amazon Canada platforms.
I took the initiative to verify the status of my stores by accessing the settings, where it unequivocally confirms that both stores are inactive. Given this, I am at a loss as to why I am being billed for transactions associated with these two countries.

Besides being on Vacation mode, you also need to make sure that there are no listings associated with the non-US marketplaces. Be sure to fully "Close and Delete" any listings that show in your Manage Inventory page on those marketplaces (just double check to verify which marketplace you're in before deleting).
