Inactive Account
Hi there,
I recently received an email from Amazon regarding account inactive for extended period of time hence my account status will be inactive unless I verify my account. For the records my seller central has not been inactive as my shipments just arrived Amazon warehouses and looking to list the items for sale. I have my credit card in my charge method but I can see that my US marketplace is inactive thereby causing my Inventory to be stranded. I contacted support and was told that I need to complete Seller Identity Verification (SIV) process. There was no explanation on how to go about this or what information I need to submit. I kindly need help as this is affecting me badly.

I see that you added a new bank account and that triggered an automatic three day wait for the account to be re-verified.
Please allow another 24-48 hours for the banking institution to be completed, if you still have issues after this coming Wednesday (June 12th) please respond back to this thread and I will be happy to take a closer look.
