Listing inactive in canada. Asks Seller Identity information
I am a beginner seller in Amazon Canada and recently my listing in Canada has been inactive. It asked for my identity information. I submitted my drivers license. Now it asked for my country and business type. The email came from amazon europe. I don't know why. I didnt submit my listing in any other marketplace but Canada. if amazon Canada doesn't have a problem, why is Amazon Europe behind me. When i choose individual as business type, it says it's wrong.
When I choose privately owned business, it asks for a business registration number which i don't have. I am a new seller selling generic products and i don't have a brand. Do all amazon sellers in Canada need to register their business.
I created several cases and everyone saying just resolve the issue, contact Europe amazon. I contacted Amazon europe and they told this shouldn't affect other marketplace. They even asked me to close Amazon europe. I requested for it and no reply.
