Amazon told me Canada Post was not a recognized shipping carrier just NOW
So we have 7 VTR notices from Canada Post shipments, I called customer support, she checks it on website and can see the tracking is VALID.
Then she comes back and tells me Canada Post is not a Valid carrier for Amazon....
I need to ship with a supported carrier..
We switched to Purolator about 3 days prior but a handful still never got delivered, now they are saying our VTR is 93% and are going to suspend the store.

I have thankfully only had this happen once in my selling history here. But my notice was a warning. If they haven't shut you down yet, maybe that's what it is? As you make more sales with valid tracking, the percentage will go back up. In the meantime, just so you have a record of it, maybe open a support case just stating that due to the strike these packages ended up stranded and that you have now begun using a different carrier. Hopefully a real person might review it and use some common sense.
Sorry I don't have a solution, just putting out there some hope that maybe it is just a warning? Good luck.

My tracked shipments are still showing Canada Post as valid for VTR.
Have you checked that the Canada Post service selected for the orders matched tracking (eg, lettermail was selected when you actually used Registered --sometimes that will cause the AZ computers to fail).

Hello @Seller_vBC04dscooF2U,
Thank you for posting your concerns with the valid tracking.

I followed up with the appropriate teams who have confirmed the valid tracking is currently at 100% and that there should be no concerns with any specific category or selling privileges being restricted at this time.
Due to my limited visibility and information provided in this situation, I wanted to follow up and inquire if you identified a situation where the tracking needed to be updated or something did not match as mentioned by @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.

Hi everyone, we are in the same boat with the Canada Post strike. Now the question is who everyone is using for shipping to customers that are P.O Box and R.R Rural addresses. Most carriers do not service theses and would normally hand off to Canada Post also. We are also currently at a high cancel rate because of theses even after blocking P.O box in shipping options.
