How do you usually get to Forums? Want to hear you! 😊
Hello sellers,
Happy Friday! I'm looking to know what are the most commonly used methods for you to come to the Seller Forums page?
Please let us know in the comments which of the following you use the most 👇:

2. Using the "Search" bar to find a topic and getting directed to Seller Forums
3. Going to sellercentral.amazon.ca directly
4. Searching for a topic on Google and clicking on the URL to Seller Forums
5. Getting to the "Help" section within Seller Central
6. "Other" - Please let us know which one if it's not any of the above methods
Looking forward to hearing your responses! 👇

I found the page long ago ( and it was tough to find), then flagged it and it shows up in the menu bar below the header on all pages. Perhaps this should be preloaded for all users. Then there may be more entries.
Default pages in that bar SHOULD be : Manage Orders, Manage Returns, Forums, Account Health and Payments, then let the user add what they want.
Otherwise a detailed instruction to do that would be usable for other sellers, but as most new users do not read instructions anyway, where would you put that ..... makes you go ummm.
However, I will note that a LOT of experienced sellers of the past have left the forum for multiple reasons which I will not go into here.

1). Going to sellercentral.amazon.ca directly
2). Seller Forums section in Seller Central home page
3) Searching for a topic on Google and clicking on the URL to Seller Forums.
I use the latter method especially when looking to see if an issue is common to the other (US, Europe) forums/platforms, and how or if it's been resolved, etc,.

Search bar "forums", click on "forums" link in results. Seemed like it was easier to find in the past, so had to resort to search bar.

I have been charged over 3000.00 in the last 2 weeks. I have about 10,000 or more "other fees" /shipping adjustment. I have opened like 8 cases that got transferred. No email no answer. When you purchase a label through amazon and put in the correct measurements and weight there should be no other charges. About a year and a half sgo my sales on Amazon was 100,000.00 my other fees were anout 150.00 now my sales are 3400.00 and my other fees are 3800.00. Im loosing money, I cant get any answers. Quite obviously Amazon is getting a kick back. If I cant get my money back Im done. Ill go to Ebay, Walmart ect. Amazon has made it where you absolutely cant stay in business and refuse to stand behind their sellers on shipping they charged them for
