Archived Orders Lost?

I'm downloading and searching through my archived orders and get to a span of 5 months in 2016 where it says "No Orders". How can these just be lost by Amazon? I know for a fact I've never had a single month with no orders, let alone 5 in a row!

Or I guess Amazon doesn't like any forum postings about Archived Orders.

If you are yet are still encountering this issue, I would recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into your account to determine what may be going on here.
