Report Reseller

Dear All,

I am very confused where to report for unapproved reseller, I have asked Amazon customer support many times. They are suggesting either Account health or Amazon brand registry, this is very broad as they are so many options to choose from and all options ask for different kind of irrelavant details like order number details. My simple question is there is another seller listing on my listing. Can anyone tell where specifically I should report for this as it getting very difficult for me to find

You can only report them if they are selling a counterfeit item and you have to do a test buy first to make sure it's counterfeit.

The other seller is following all Amazon policies as long as it is not a counterfeit item.

The other seller would actually only be in violation of Amazon policies if they created a 2nd listing for your product which is already in the Amazon catalog.

Hello @Seller_3wgrQdQ2PMoK2,

As @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7says, you will need to do a test buy to make sure the item is counterfeit before you can report them.

If you have proof, please let me know so I can assist you filing this report.

It sounds like you are selling your own brands products on Amazon. The best option for you would be to go through the brand registry and either restrict selling access for you brand and require approval or require transparency codes for your products. Either of these options will take time for them to be implemented.

If you haven't, you can try just messaging the seller saying you are the brand owner and ask them to not sell your products on Amazon.

If you're taking your own brand

1. check with your distributor, let them tell resellers not to resell your products on Amazon

2. enrolled in Transparency

3. Gate your brand, but this one takes time
