Section 3 mis-branded

Hi there,

 I submitted all the information authorization letter, voices ,receipts,Id contract with the supplier, information for the supplier ,everything you can think of but they keep saying we don't have enough information. Can you please help understanding why are they rejecting everything all the documents are clear  information contacts emails everything communication with the supplier business license I submitted everything for the asins below. The Asins are bundles so you don't get them like that from the supplier I buy boxes and make bundles from two products into one asin so it doesn't come together. I make the bundle  I open each box and put two different products together. Another issue that I made typo error for the rolling machine there is no size for 78 mm it comes only in 79 mm. Please help me I provided everything needed didn't miss anything, thanks.

The situation at hand is that these ASINs were created under a generic brand while the products themselves belong to the RAW brand, this created a violation of our section 3 policies as it circumvents the requirements to sell RAW branded products. To be clear this has nothing to do with the typo you mentioned, as this would be considered inaccurate information and fall under a different policy.

To address this type of situation we will ask that you provide invoices for the branded products to confirm you sourced the branded products you indented to sell from an authorized distributor. We will also require an explanation of the situation and how you've corrected and resolved the current situation along with how you will avoid this moving forward.

I tried everything you can imagine. I deleted everything all ASINs removed everything sent invoices explained everything sent authorization letter nothing is working they keep asking me and repeatedly they say we need more information it feels like I'm in a circle

When you sent in your documentation did your sourcing documents meet our invoice requirements? Do the documents validate the products full supply chain if they are not being sourced from the manufacturer? Did you source the product from an authorized wholesale distributor who has direct authorization and a letter of authorization from the brand? When you provided your LOA, did it meet our requirements, was it issued by the brand or your supplier? If an LOA is issued to you by the supplier they cannot be accepted.

I even asked them to close my account after I gave up reaching a solution.

As the account is currently deactivated, it is not eligible to be closed. Per our close your account policy:

  • Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.

Since the account is required to be active to properly close the store, this action cannot be taken until the original issue is addressed. It is also not advised to attempt opening a new store as this would violate our multiple accounts policy and cause it to be immediately deactivated.

If the documents requested do not meet our requirements or alleviate the mentioned concerns, the account would not be eligible for reactivation and would remain deactivated.

All invoices are meeting the amazon requirements and the quantities for the Asins. The authorization letter issued by HBI which is a partner with a brand Raw. And it is the main supplier in Canada and the United States for that brand. However after providing everything they keep asking for more information and they don't say what is the problem they just say For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods. It's just like you're going to court getting accused of something that you don't know what it is. It's a dead end and they put you in a circle with no solution at all!

I have followed up with the appropriate teams on the provided information, they did confirm that the information is currently pending review as of 11/23/24. When you provided your LOA, did it meet our requirements, was it issued by the brand or your supplier? If an LOA is issued to you by the supplier they cannot be accepted.

As the account is currently deactivated, it is not eligible to be closed. Per our close your account policy:

  • Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.

Since the account is required to be active to properly close the store, this action cannot be taken until the original issue is addressed. It is also not advised to attempt opening a new store as this would violate our multiple accounts policy and cause it to be immediately deactivated.

If the documents requested do not meet our requirements or alleviate the mentioned concerns, the account would not be eligible for reactivation and would remain deactivated.

All invoices are meeting the amazon requirements and the quantities for the Asins. The authorization letter issued by HBI which is a partner with a brand Raw. And it is the main supplier in Canada and the United States for that brand. However after providing everything they keep asking for more information and they don't say what is the problem they just say For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods. It's just like you're going to court getting accused of something that you don't know what it is. It's a dead end and they put you in a circle with no solution at all!

I have followed up with the appropriate teams on the provided information, they did confirm that the information is currently pending review as of 11/23/24. I also cannot speak to the time it may take for this review. Once completed they will only notify you of their actions, thus I would ask you follow up here should you still need support.

 I submitted all the information authorization letter, voices ,receipts,Id contract with the supplier, information for the supplier ,everything you can think of but they keep saying we don't have enough information. Can you please help understanding why are they rejecting everything all the documents are clear  information contacts emails everything communication with the supplier business license I submitted everything for the asins below. The Asins are bundles so you don't get them like that from the supplier I buy boxes and make bundles from two products into one asin so it doesn't come together. I make the bundle  I open each box and put two different products together. Another issue that I made typo error for the rolling machine there is no size for 78 mm it comes only in 79 mm. Please help me I provided everything needed didn't miss anything, thanks.

Why is this happening? You have items listed against an ASIN that is mis-branded, and is infringing on a third party’s rights. This is a violation of our policies. In addition, there are pre-approval requirements to sell the brand listed below.

The situation at hand is that these ASINs were created under a generic brand while the products themselves belong to the RAW brand, this created a violation of our section 3 policies as it circumvents the requirements to sell RAW branded products. To be clear this has nothing to do with the typo you mentioned, as this would be considered inaccurate information and fall under a different policy.

To address this type of situation we will ask that you provide invoices for the branded products to confirm you sourced the branded products you indented to sell from an authorized distributor. We will also require an explanation of the situation and how you've corrected and resolved the current situation along with how you will avoid this moving forward.

I tried everything you can imagine. I deleted everything all ASINs removed everything sent invoices explained everything sent authorization letter nothing is working they keep asking me and repeatedly they say we need more information it feels like I'm in a circle

When you sent in your documentation did your sourcing documents meet our invoice requirements? Do the documents validate the products full supply chain if they are not being sourced from the manufacturer? Did you source the product from an authorized wholesale distributor who has direct authorization and a letter of authorization from the brand? When you provided your LOA, did it meet our requirements, was it issued by the brand or your supplier? If an LOA is issued to you by the supplier they cannot be accepted.
