The new policy for Subscribe and save coupon requires you to meet Amazon's minimum price requirements. However, it is calculated based on the One-time purchase price and not based on the subscribe and save price. I have funded 10% discount for anyone that subscribes to the product.

This is the issue I am faced with, the current one-time purchase price is $14.99 but the S&S price is $13.49 since it is 10% discounted. I tried to create a S&S Coupon of $4, which would bring down the customer price to $9.49, once they subscribe. However, it is not allowing me to create the coupon because it wants me to increase it to $5.50 discount. This way it meets the Amazon's price requirement to $9.49. This means, it only takes into consideration the One-time purchase price and not the already reduced S&S price.

Increasing my coupon to $5.50, in addition to the 10% funded discount would reduce the customer price to $8. This would be very unprofitable, on top of having to pay Amazon for the coupon redemption.

I contacted seller support team and they informed me that I have to follow these requirements and there is nothing they can do. They cannot escalate the case because I have not met the requirements.
