YMH1 All Shipment of day inventory is lost
May I get some help regarding this situation on october 4th I created multiple shipment and all of those shipment , they are saying there is no units on the boxes i sent. On the 13th I sent others shipments and they went to different warehouse and everything went well. There is well over 5000$ of inventory. What is going on, and im pretty sure i wont get any help after creating all those cases.
There is another situation earlier in august where i sent 14 units in canada and somehow my package was fowarded in united states and now it's stuck there and no reply from amazon once again...
Am I getting robbed or it's common to loose 75% of the package you send there???

Hey @Seller_gXMG9SE749sJa,
I understand how frustrating and concerning this situation must be for you, would love to further assist here,
Regarding your shipments from October 4th where Amazon is showing no units received, this could potentially be due to a few different reasons:
- A labeling or scanning issue during the receiving process at the fulfillment center.
- Damage to the shipment during transit resulting in missing/lost units.
- An error in the shipment workflow on Amazon's end.
The first step would be to open a case with Seller Support for each affected shipment ID and provide all relevant details and documentation, including your shipping manifests/tracking numbers. Our support team can then investigate these specific shipments.
As for your August shipment of 14 units that got misrouted to the United States instead of Canada, this is likely a carrier issue. However, Amazon should still be able to assist in locating and properly routing that shipment. I'd recommend opening a case for that as well, providing the shipment ID and tracking details.
You can find guidance on inventory discrepancies on this help page:
And information about misrouted shipments here:
Deleted, misrouted, and incomplete shipments
You can let me know the outcome of the escalated case and deep dive here if we can either appeal or further escalate the matter.

Hello @Seller_gXMG9SE749sJa,
Ricardo from Amazon here.
I see the most of the shipments have already been received in full. For those still with missing units, please wait to the reconciliation date and open a case with Seller Support.
