I keep losing my shopping cart without knowing why!

I've been losing my shopping cart all of a sudden lately and I can't find any possible reason for it. Asking for help from the seller support team is also useless because they don't have the access and ability to help me investigate.

So any Amazon employees who can read this post, please help us investigate the cause of the lost carts and help us get our shopping cart access back as soon as possible to help us sell our products properly, thank you very much!
