Why does Amazon allow scammers to continue scamming?

I would like to know how a seller with 29% feedback can get the Buy Box and still receive negative feedback daily. Still, Amazon removed the buyer's comments (I assume he uses Amazon's buy shipping service and has OTDR and Claim protection). But why doesn't Amazon suspend this kind of seller?

Please check his feedback and read some of the buyer's comments.

They are fraud groups and have Amazon insiders on the payroll protecting their accounts. Once they get shut down, they have new accounts the next day. Sadly, Amazon is too busy booting their core US sellers, so they don't have time to crack down on actual fraud.

99.9% of these scammers are based in China.

I really wish Amazon would block all Chinese sellers so this can be a nice place to sell again.

They are all based in China, we get hit with A to Z's every single week and it's pushing us to the brink!

Because their long term goal is to turn us into a TEMU like company with Chinese factories directly supplying FBA. They let the Chinese sellers slide with different rules for them. All while milking the US based sellers. So in brief, one word, MONEY.

Because its profitable for Amazon at least in the short run. They have allowed and enabled certain sellers to sell gold plated brass as 14K gold for well over a year.

They have allowed the sale of "Moissanite lab grown diamonds" which according to the FTC is unfair and deceptive - a moissanite is not a lab grown diamond,its a moisssanite.

Amazon allows this fraud , enables the fraud and profits from the fraud.

In the long run it wont be good, it will destroy consumer confidence.
