When Amazon initiates a return shipment of unfulfilled items to you, these items will continue to show in your unfulfilled inventory until the tracking shows they have been delivered to your return address. Once delivery is confirmed, the items will automatically be removed from your unfulfilled inventory count.

You can track these returns by going to:

Seller Central > Inventory > Manage FBA Shipments > Returns

Here you'll find the tracking information and current status of your return shipments.

If you're seeing items still listed as unfulfilled even after receiving them, I'd recommend waiting 24–48 hours for the system to update. If the status hasn't changed after this time, you should contact Seller Support to have them manually update your inventory.
