This review is from a customer who did not purchase the product from Amazon.
They left a fake 1-star review for our products without buying them!!!
We sent many complaint emails, but there was no positive response!!!
At the same time, the 1-star review continued to exist and was not deleted.
Our competitors easily defeated our new products in this way.
Is this how Amazon protects the rights of sellers?

Yes, yes it is. Amazon will not protect you if it means hiring more staff or limiting the power of their bot with human oversight. If the bot detects it, it acts. But if we report these things, nobody looks. The few that understand to come to the forum and post these things, SOMETIMES get lucky and have a mod check in on it...

If I can remember correctly, you can respond to the review. If you are able I would comment under the review "I have no record of this person ever purchasing our item. Our team is very committed to customer service. If a problem is presented, we are always happy to help." or something along those lines. I've had to do similar in our reviews in the past.

So sorry to hear that. I am in the same situation and it is very frustrating. Quick question to you, does this review showed as "Verified Purchase"?
Seller_HP0CuTSNvJvu9
It's remarkable to me that any review that is not a verified purchase is even allowed.

Each review has a "report" button under it. Have you tried to "report" under the competitor etc reason yet? At least it gives you another look by the system ... bot usually

To be clear, you are talking about a "Product Review" and not a Feedback, correct?

I have a similar problem where an unauthorised seller was selling expired product that had been stored in dubious conditions on Amazon at bargain pricing. Around 100 people purchased from this seller and quite a few left 1 star reviews commenting about mould.
When I eventually found out why we were getting all of these negative reviews Amazon kicked the unauthorised seller off our ASIN but have done nothing about the negative reviews. To add insult to injury even though I have over 1000 plus 5 star reviews Amazon's AI hones in on these negative reviews from over 3 years ago making it sound like my product is full of mould which could not be further from the truth.
I have appealed to Amazon several times to remove them but these will not do anything @SEAmod

This is the norm now. Every time we create a new product several sellers from a large communist country in Asia create duplicate products.. Simultaneously we receive negative product feedback and sometimes reviews.
Amazon does not care. Amazon will not lift a finger to prevent the malicious, intentional destruction of American businesses.
