Amazon AtoZ team Not aware of Canada Post Strike , thinks package got lost .
A customer order got stuck at Canada Post during this strike , Customers files A-Z claim Amazon granted and counted it against my ODR .
I appealed explaining that the package is stuck because of the Canada Post National Strike and A-Z should not be counted against my account ,
Their answer long story short , they think the package appears to be lost . ignoring my explanation , are these aware of the strike ? are they even in Canada and aware of what's going on in here ?

I see that that due to the Canada post strike you received and A to z claim that was granted and you would like to have this reviewed. I understand that this is a frustrating situation for you so I am here to help.
So that I can look into this further, can you please provide me with the associated case ID? If you have do not have a case ID about this, please create one and share the ID so this can be looked into.
