Seller trying to redirect sales to their own website on their About seller page
Seems like they used a .store domain to get around a .com/.ca or www flag if there was one.
I thought it was against Amazon policy to advertise and try to drive traffic away from Amazon to your own web site.

It is allowed when you want to close your Amazon account in an expedited manner... Perhaps, a newer seller...

You are correct — Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct prohibits sellers from diverting customers to another website or attempting to circumvent the Amazon sales process. This includes using any part of their seller profile, storefront, listings, or buyer-seller messaging to direct customers to make purchases outside of Amazon, regardless of the domain extension used.
If you'd like to report this seller's behavior, you can do so through the self-service reporting tool in Seller Central under Account Health > Report Abuse > Other. This option allows you to describe the issue in detail and provide the seller's storefront URL as evidence. In the description field, explain that the seller is using their About Seller page to redirect customers to an external website, and include the storefront link and a screenshot as evidence.
