@Ricardo_Amazonwhy did Amazon open a Canada thread and then quickly lock it? I saw several fair questions and Amazon dodged all of them or cut and past the same poor answers provided by support. I followed all the instructions given in this thread including appealing A-z claims not a single claim was won.
