Returns for Used Condition Items
I sell books in mostly Used Condition through FBA. I have noticed that almost every single return is being marked as unsellable condition, however after changing the removal to coming back to me, it is clearly evident that Amazon employees are just marking all as unsellable because they are used, not noting that they are used items. I'm actually very disappointed by this and have now lost hundreds in sales and products due to the poor training of Amazon staff members. My questions:
1) get back the lost funds from products that were erroneously destroyed?
2) Is there a program or option to dispute their evaluation of a return's condition?
I understand that returns are part of any business, but this is simply a HUGE disappointment and frustration for me.

I'm sorry to learn about your experience with FBA and used books. We appreciate your feedback.
With regard to destroyed units, FBA proceeds to destroy units as per your request. About the disputes, you may reach out to the Selling Partner Support team here and explain your situation in detail, so they can proceed to take action.
If you do not get the help you need, please share your Case ID here, and I will gladly follow up for you.
