No Featured Offer Although We Qualify
We are having issues with featured offer eligibility and it is starting to effect our sales as we enter our busy season.
The literal text is as follows:
No featured offers available
We feature offers with an Add to Cart button when an offer meets our high standards for:
Quality Price,
Reliable delivery option, and
Seller who offers good customer service
“No featured offers available” means no offers currently meet all of these expectations. Select See All Buying Options to shop available offers.
We are the only sellers of the item, we own the listing, and we have brand registry. We contacted seller support on numerous occasions and they say we qualify for the featured offer, yet we are still having this experience.
We have a few hundred items we are needing to increase pricing on due to an internal investigation of margins and realizing we are lower than what we are supposed to be. However we can't increase pricing on anything due to this issue already effecting our sales on the few we attempted to fix
We have requested a supervisor or specialist numerous times and it just gets disregarded and now we are stuck with products losing money and the inability to increase pricing or else it becomes an issue of "no featured offers"
This has been an issue for months now. How is no one at Amazon capable of fixing this issue?

We are having the same exact issue with the feature offer. My sales are plummeting. Even when I search the key words for my products they aren't showing up. We are also the manufacturer of our items and only people selling them. Makes zero sense!!! So far Amazon has been zero help.

I encountered the problem of "No featured offers available" we noticed that all our listings lost Buy Box Eligibility. Our account health is good and all our metrics meet up with Amazon's requirements. Our ODR rate 0.69%, not over 1%. Late shipment 0% ,vaild tracking rate 100%, on time deliver rate 100% ,no A to Z, We have great customer feedback and answer all cases, returns, and everything on time.Can you help us escalate the case for further review of buybox eligibility?

It seems that Amazon doesn't care about us sellers. I have the same issue and we are in good standing. Giving amazon our case number doesn't help. Because they say "it is what it is" and we cannot tell you why. Don't keep your hopes up. None of the customer service representatives can do anything and they will "escalate" the case and then they will close it with no further information.

Hello we have been experiencing the same issue off and on for six months.
Spring is where we do most of our sales. We have posted on here and filed cases with Seller support both of which have been ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Our listings are of our own brand which is in the brand registry. Our account health is all within margin if not better. We fulfill our orders not FBA
My Question to this thread is:
have any sellers found what is causing this issue and/or what was your solution to fix and prevent this.

Update: we still haven't gotten any support on this. We just keep being told to lower our prices again to get the featured offer. We are NOT doing that. This is just some frustrating support to this point.
We also tested one thing yesterday by raising the price on one item we were selling 5-10 of a day (our best seller right now) and it was flagged immediately. Then throughout the day, we did not sell a single unit. All of this when Amazon thinks "See All Buying Options" still makes it easy to purchase.
It is just wonderful how Amazon can control our prices illegally like this. No wonder this lawsuit with the FTC is going on, and we hope it comes to a resolution here soon because small businesses cannot deal with this right now
