A pallet of product not found
Hello,
I sent 9 pallets of product to Amazon's distribution center.
In my Seller central, only 8 pallets are accounted for.
I have claimed the lost pallet and Amazon is asking me for proof.
I have provided all the proof but Amazon is closing the case without giving me an answer.
I find the situation disappointing.
I need your advice on what to do next.
