DEAR AMAZON TEAM! PLEASE SUPPORT! I CAN'T REACH ANYBODY!

My account has been suspended for 3 months and i am just trying to reach Amazon to know the payment date but
1 - Amazon doesn't reply my mails.
2 - Amazon doesn't let me create case ( They just send automatic reply in 2 seconds after i create case)
3 - "Call me now" button in Account Health page disappeared and i can't request call.
How can i reach Amazon?
( Please don't suggest follow performance notifications etc because i followed them more than enough and Amazon doesn't reactivate my account - Suspend reason is multiple account)
Today, i tried 2 more way to reach Amazon.
(Please read carefully and you will see how Amazon approaches to the sellers and make sellers's life easier)
1 - First, I logged into buyer account ( same e-mail address with my seller account and explained the situation via chat, but I did not get the help I wanted. They told me that they can't help)
2 - Second, i explained the situation through another seller account ( my friend's account) and asked them to contact me or at least provide guidance, but they did not wat to help.
So, i tried 5 separate ways to reach Amazon to check the payment and Amazon doesn't let me contact them.
My account was suspended due to multiple account issue. Other account was my brother's account and my brother's account was suspended in May 2023. My account was suspended in February 2024! I really don't understand the reason of this suspend but anyway, i accepted it, spent one month to activate the account, probably i talked over the phone with account health specialist almost 3 - 4 hours and prepared all necessary documents and Amazon didn't accept and activate the store. Again, i accepted and i quitted Amazon but Amazon keeps my 18300 CAD in the account they just don't release the funds. That should not be the way to care about the sellers. This should not be the approach. During this 3 months, Amazon didn't receive any question from customers and they just accepted all answers as A to Z and they just refunded. If we could manage the store, we could manage the customer relations so easily and made the customers happy. We believe ourselved because we receive almost 40 5* feedback in a month before the suspend. But at the end, that shouldn't be the gift from Amazon.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issue and inquiry about the funds. I understand that you wish to acquire the funds after the account was impacted. You should be able to request them after 60 days from the account being impacted, however, the earliest they will be eligible for release will be 90 days from the initial issue.
They can be requested from our disbursement team at disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. They may request additional details or documents from you for review. You will need to provide this information for their investigation. If there are no outstanding concerns, they should be able to take the appropriate action.
Based off the provided information, it would appear you need your brother to resolve their own account concerns before you may resolve your own. If you have any other information or details to share regarding your attempt to resolve the issue, please provide it to this thread for guidance.
