Amazon keeps changing my Carrier to 'Other'
I've had a problem that I've been dealing with for many weeks now.
I sell FBM and so I ship every order myself. When I ship an order, I do everything properly: Choose a carrier from the dropdown > Type in the shipping service > Copy paste the tracking number.
Let's say that I ship with UPS.
After a few days, I check my orders and I see that 80% of them are changed to 'Other' instead of UPS. The shipping service and tracking is still there. This makes my tracking INVALID if I don't fix it quick enough, and it hurts my health score. It already got my listings suspended until I noticed this bu.
It keeps happening over and over and over. Usually the day i ship something it's fine, then 1-2 days after it changes to 'Other.
What do I do? Anyone have this happen to them?

Hey @Seller_JVcFOeJw119Lf,
I haven't seen this issue before, may I ask, by any chance do you have any type of APIs o third party apps that might be doing the change from your behalf?
I assume your the primary holder of the account so I don't think a secondary user might be changing the carrier option.
Did you open a case with seller support explaining the situation? If so, could you please share the case ID with me?
