How do I get more feedback?
I have sold a few thousand items and 14 feedbacks with a few of them negative. I beleive the majority of my customers have had a positive experience but since we are graded on this and most people only seem to speak up when they have what they feel is a negative experience, it seems unfair. By the way, my negatives I feel were not truly justified. At this point, I'd like more people to leave feedback so what can we do as sellers to make that happen?
