APPLICATION TO SELL BABY DIAPERS IS REJECTED

I'm an authorized dealer of a baby diaper brand. I sell this brand's products almost everywhere in the world, from Africa to Asia. I wanted to choose Amazon to enter the American market. Guess what? I got approval to open the listings for the brand, i opened the listings and then they said i also need approval to sell these products as well. They asked last what they would ask first. :) Then they rejected my baby diapers application. They gave no reason. I don't know if it's just me, but Amazon used to be at least more open about the reasons. They no longer the need to explain their actions to anyone. I don't think any seller feels safe on Amazon. Every morning and evening, I wait anxiously to see if my application has been rejected, my list has been closed, my listings are become inactive, or if I will receive a message that ''you can't sell these products anymore, please remove them and you should pay removal fees for the products we do not allow you to sell.'' It's really scary! Let's get back to our topic. When I look at the baby diaper category, almost all products are selling by Amazon itself. Is that why we aren't allowed to sell our products? Amazon can do this, nothing surprises me anymore when it comes from Amazon. There are certificates, invoices and LOA for the products. Which way do you think we should try? Or should we let it go?

So you are authorized to sell this brand by the brand from Africa to Asia; but are you authorized BY THE BRAND to sell in the US? Many companies will have separate and/or exclusive distribution rights for the US compared to other parts of the world, so your authorization may not be automatically valid in the US.
Secondly, if you are authorized to sell in the US, are you authorized specifically to sell ON AMAZON. Many brands will allow B&M sales, but want to control on-line sales, so Amazon looks for specific authorization to sell on Amazon; generic permission typically does not cover it.
