Reversing refund issued Updated - Customer contacted Amazon to reverse the refund
Refund was issued because buyer claimed not received. Later, the item was delivered.
Instead of returning the item, buyer wished to keep the item and asked to cancel the refund.
However, as seller, I do not have an option to reverse previously issued refund.
Buyer contacted Amazon to request the refund and even provided me with proof that buyer has done so. However, the refund has NOT been reversed yet.

I opened Case ID 15220050771.
Amazon rep responded with non-sense answer like Safe-T claim which does NOT apply in this case.
I am hoping Amazon mod can take a closer look in this case.
