information needed for your selling on Amazon payment account

Today morning I received the that amazon said they can not continue with the verfication of your account becasue the latest filed reports show your business as dormat.

Please see the attachment

however from this email the paragraph "the we are here to help", it should be the link is from UK. and I also ask the seller for support, and the answer is it is from UK, since i am only open account at US and CA market place, I do not need to reply to this email.

I just want to confirm that do i need to replay this email? and how should i let amazon know i am still active? lol because i have more than 1000 roder per month, i do not understand that why amazon though my business is dormat
