YHM1 receiving broken

I have a small shipment (FBA18GXD33SL) delivered to YHM1 weeks ago. Receiving is just not happening and today I began getting replenishment alert mail for one of the SKUs.

Just what is going on (or not going on) down at YHM1? I am seeing many forum posts regarding this fulfillment centre

I wanted to bring to your attention the same issue we've encountered recently. For over two years, we've consistently sent items to Amazon warehouses without any problems. However, in the past three weeks, all shipments delivered to 110 Aeropark Blvd, Mount Hope, ON L0R 1W1 have been marked as discrepancies.

Interestingly, our shipments to other addresses have arrived without issue. Currently, we have more than five shipments—containing over 200 items—sent to this location that are showing negative discrepancies. This situation is unusual and suggests there may be a problem with this location or their system not updating our inventory correctly.

This is the first time we've experienced anything like this, so we will be opening an investigation into the missing items. We appreciate your attention to this unexpected situation.

This screenshot shows all the packages delivered to this location are missing items, we don't see this in other locations.

At least it happened, mine is stuck since August and I have to wait until november to start investigation

Amazingly ,my shipment went in this morning, was fully received and partly transferred to other DCs. All in one day after lying in wait for three weeks. YHM1 is very odd..

Thanks for raising this issue. I have been seeing lots of receiving issues at YHM1.

At the moment I see the shipment has been received in full.

For any other seller reading this, please reply to this thread so I can compile the information and escalate to our Fulfillment Center.
