Canada Seller Shipping Issues

Hello everyone, I am a seller based in Toronto, Canada and I have been using Stallion Express to ship my products. Recently, Stallion Express introduced a new shipping method called “Stallion Economy Standard” which uses a different courier called GTA GSM. This new method has lower shipping rates than the previous “Stallion Economy CA” method, which uses Canada Post. I have been using the “Stallion Economy Standard” method and inputting the confirmation data as “Other” with the Carrier Box labeled as “GTA GSM” or “Stallion Express”. Although the packages have been delivered on time, I received a warning when I pressed confirm and my VTR (valid tracking rate) has dropped. I called Amazon but the staff were not helpful and just told me to ignore the issue. My VTR is now under 95% and I don’t want to be blocked again, as this happened to me last year due to a low VTR. Has anyone else had this problem or know how I can fix it?

You have to use an Integrated Amazon tracking courier. Stallion is not one of them unless you use their Canada Post Service.

Stallion even says in their Help page FAQs that their new Economy Standard service is not recommended for Amazon. They use any number of final mile carriers depending on the destination.

Stallion clearly mentioned this shipping option doesn’t support Amazon when they introduced it. I know it’s very sad cuz the rate is very reasonable and it’s quicker than CP.
