60% of Vine Reviews removed
We are experiencing a critical issue with our product listings after merging four individual ASINs into a single parent ASIN. While we understand that consolidating variations under a parent ASIN can be beneficial, we have unfortunately lost a significant number of Vine reviews in the process.
Before the merge, our four individual ASINs had a total of 105 reviews, many of which were acquired through the Vine program. However, after merging them under the parent ASIN, the total review count has dropped to 55. This has severely impacted our product's visibility and customer trust.
Here are the ASINs involved:
Parent ASIN: B0DK25115B
Child ASINs: B0DB2L8V68, B0DB2MYKZC, B0D9WVQTRN, B0D9HW5XHZ
We invested significantly in the Vine program to generate valuable reviews for our products, and the loss of these reviews is causing considerable damage to our sales and brand reputation. We kindly request your urgent assistance in restoring the missing Vine reviews to the parent ASIN.
We believe this issue may be due to a technical error during the ASIN merge process. We hope that you can investigate this matter promptly and provide a solution to recover our lost reviews.

I have reviewed the case ID 16530958371, and I see that Seller Support told you that VINE team confirmed that merging ASINs that are/were in the vine program will result in the loss of product reviews, and they are unable to recover the reviews as they are purged automatically and cannot be recovered.
Additionally, I see that you wanted to be reimbursed, and they instructed you to contact the Contact Community Moderation CS Specialists, however, based on your post, it seems they were not answering your request. Based on the fact that this forum was created two weeks ago, I would like to know if you received an answer or if you need support from us still.
