Help Mexico marketplace charging us tax invoice of 500 CAD every month in CA marketplace while being inactive and having no listing.

We need help understanding this amazon charge. We don't sell on Mexico marketplace and have no orders still amazon.ca has charged us four times between April 1st and July 1st around 400 and 500 CAD every month. We tried creating multiple case to understand this charge but amazon seller support closed all the cases after 5 days of waiting without any reply. If anyone can help us understand this charge it would be very helpful as amazon is just useless at this point. Amazon has no idea why they are charging us and how do you expect seller to understand this charge? If any community manger is seeing this post please escalate this case and refund us. Additional points: Invoice Type: "SOA Canada Merchant Consolidated VAT Invoice" & supplier name is mentioned in the screenshot attached below. Additionally in transaction view it mentions detail as "Subscription fees" that can't come up to 500 CAD a month especially for Mexico marketplace since it is inactive and has no listing.

I do highly recommend you to contact our Seller Support team and see if they can remove this charges for you.
