Help - Battery Exemption Sheet for dangerous goods not working properly. Cell error issue
Trying to complete a battery exemption sheet yesterday for one SKU. All required details entered for page 2 (on right), just trying to enter in the first & last name. Can enter last name without trouble. But the cell for first name won't accept any input. Whatever I type, I get the error below. I can't get the cell to keep anything I type into it.
Yet the name is the only thing preventing the "Details validation status" from showing "Complete". I re-downloaded the template from Amazon today and same issue is occurring. What issue am I missing here? What are the constraints?? Nothing in the instructions tab is helpful.

Hey @Seller_0UZv0aGR9PRhU, Are you still having issues with this? If so, you may want to reach out to Seller Support with the values you tried inputting in the first name section that were rejected so they can look into why it is erroring out!
