Retail arbitrage

I want to do retail arbitrage on Amazon and this is my first time opening an account with Amazon. I have a few questions, number one question is, if I purchase some name brand products from a retail outlet like Costco and I want to sell those products on Amazon can I upload the purchase receipt as a proof of purchase Will that be sufficient to get an approval to sell on amazon

Costco is a retailer, not a wholesale distributor.

You can't purchase retail or arbitrage to sell on Amazon, it is against Amazon's policies. When you purchase from a retailer, you get a receipt, not an invoice, and the supply chain ends at the store, which makes you not have a valid supply chain.
