Amazon's response: This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form. If the name of the business owning the trademark is incorrectly updated on the USPTO website, please make sure you update the business information correctly on the USPTO website first before submitting your new Brand application. Brand Registry sources the business name from the USPTO website and hence any incomplete or inaccurate information on the USPTO website associated with your trademark may negatively impact your application.
I have submitted below documents but still getting this error:
1. ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION CA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
2. NOVIC YARD LLC EIN
3. STATEMENT OF INFORMATION LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
4. USPTO serial number 98487572
I am registering my brand as Novic Yard but the LLC's name is Novic Yard LLC.
Can someone please help me out?

BINGO has been declared.
When Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!
That means Street is not ST.
Jim is not James.
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
In addition, here is my normal template for other things to check out --
Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'.
Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
Is your Brand registered (or applied for) with the USPTO?
Amazon is admitting applicants under CERTAIN conditions when only filed but not granted.

“To be eligible for Amazon Brand Registry, your brand must have an active registered trademark in each country where you wish to enroll or have a pending trademark application filed through Amazon IP Accelerator. Brand Registry is also accepting brands that have a trademark pending registration in a subset of trademark offices.”

What is the EXACT BRAND (as GRANTED) on the USPTO site? Is it the EXACT same as the Brand on the Amazon account AND the brand on the packaging?
What is the name of the Owner (REGISTRANT) on the USPTO site? Is it the EXACT same name as the owner of the Amazon account?
If it is NOT exactly the same you will need to show some proof that the two are the same. As I recall, I had to submit my LLC State Registration with MY name as the owner of the LLC since my Amazon account is under a different LLC name.
The OWNER of the Brand is the one that MUST enter into the Brand Registry agreement. If the owner is not the same as the Amazon seller the seller will have to be granted access by the owner AFTER REGISTRATION.

I want to point you in the direction of a post my colleague Dougal made not too long ago: Brand Registry Design mark vs Word mark
Specifically the There are only 2 trademark types that are accepted section where it mentions the different trademark types. Your trademark Mark Drawing Type is currently a "0" which is not accepted and will need to be updated to be compliant.
