Creating Free Shipping Templates and Editing Shipping Templates
I'm a new FBM professional seller on Amazon Canada. I have two issues:
1. I do not have a FREE shipping template. How am I supposed to offer FREE shipping to my customers? I did a chat with Amazon and that person advised me to take out the price of the shipping in the box-which you can't do as there has to be a dollar value. I guess, I can put in .01 But my ad won't say "Free Shipping"
2.The check box for Standard Shipping is greyed out and when I hover over it the message is "Standard Shipping is not allowed to deselected. I do not have the option to select it!
So basically my choice is expedited shipping with the longest shipping time being 3-5 days. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do?

Further to my previous post - I think I resolved my issues for now - I still do not have a FREE shipping template so for the standard shipping I entered $0.00. It is greyed out because you cannot deselect it. Doh!
I hope this works.
